Project status roll-ups, intake-form triage, RAID-log updates, change-request approvals, vendor onboarding sheets, programme reporting, and document-driven row updates. Kognitos reads sheets, applies your written project rules, and writes back updates, attachments, or new rows, with the change history visible in Smartsheet activity.

Through the Smartsheet REST API with OAuth 2.0. You authorise the Kognitos app once at the workspace level, and Kognitos can read sheets, reports, and dashboards, plus write rows, columns, attachments, comments, and proofs. Webhook callbacks notify Kognitos of new rows or column changes in real time.

New row creation, column-value changes (for example a Status flip), attachment uploads, approval-request responses, form submissions, and scheduled times (daily roll-up at 7 a.m., end-of-sprint summary, etc.). Kognitos can also be invoked from a Smartsheet automation via webhook.
