Job Description
We are looking for an experienced product designer with for designing the Kognitos platform. If you have experience working in fast paced start-up environments, can collaborate with solution engineers, developers, UX designers and can wear multiple hats you will fit right in.
Responsibilities:
As a product Designer at Kognitos, you will:
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Make deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles
- Conduct usability tests
Skills:
- Have solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Have excellent visual design skills
- Have familiarity with creating and working with design systems
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in design or a similar field or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 2-5 years of industry experience (or equivalent)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and prototyping
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your past work
- Other Skills: Product thinking
- Collaborative Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Tools: Proficient in Figma, familiarity with other design tools is a plus
