Sync Transactions
- Pull all new card transactions from Ramp since the last sync
- Match each transaction to its uploaded receipt by amount and merchant
Validate and Code
- Check each transaction against department expense policies (category limits, merchant restrictions)
- Auto-assign the GL account and cost center based on merchant category and cardholder department
Flag and Close
- Flag transactions missing receipts or violating policy for manager review
