Kognitos is excited to announce a limited-time rebate program exclusively for our valued channel partners. This program is designed to reward partners for driving new business by offering a significant rebate on eligible deals.

Program Details:

• Rebate: 30% of the net new registered deal value.
  • Eligibility: Must be a Kognitos Channel Partner in good standing.
  • The opportunity must be a new registered deal. This means the deal must be formally registered by the partner through the official Kognitos deal registration process and represent a net new customer engagement for Kognitos that the partner has sourced. The deal must not have been previously known to or actively worked on by Kognitos or another partner.
  • The deal must be a registered deal. All standard Kognitos deal registration terms and conditions apply. Partners must follow the established Kognitos deal registration procedure and receive confirmation of registration from Kognitos.
  • The registered deal must close (defined as a signed agreement received by Kognitos) on or before August 1, 2025.
• Rebate Calculation: The 30% rebate will be calculated based on the net value of the initial contract for eligible, closed deals, excluding any taxes, professional services, or one-time setup fees unless explicitly included in the program terms provided separately.
• Rebate Payment: Rebate payments will be processed within 30 days after the end of the fiscal quarter (End of July) in which the eligible deal is closed and the customer payment is received by Kognitos.
• Deal Registration Process: Partners must utilize the standard Kognitos deal registration process to submit opportunities for consideration under this program. Partners should refer to the Kognitos Partner Portal or relevant partner documentation for detailed instructions on deal registration.
• Program Period: This rebate program applies to eligible new registered deals that close by August 1, 2025. Deals closing after this date will not be eligible for this specific rebate.

How to Participate:

• Identify potential new business opportunities for Kognitos solutions.
• Formally register the deal through the Kognitos deal registration process, ensuring it meets the criteria of a “new registered deal.”
• Actively work to close the registered deal with the customer.
• Ensure the deal is closed (contract signed, by COB July 30th, 2025.
• Upon deal closure Kognitos, the deal will be reviewed for eligibility and notified of the status for the 30% rebate.

Terms and Conditions:

• Kognitos reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all registered deals and partner compliance with the program terms.
• Kognitos retains the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time, although any deals registered and approved prior to such change will be honored under the terms active at the time of registration.
• This rebate program is in addition to any standard incentives offered through the Kognitos Channel Partner Program, This may not be compounded with other offers from Kognitos.
• Any disputes regarding deal eligibility or rebate calculations will be resolved at the sole discretion of Kognitos.
• Partners are responsible for any taxes or other liabilities associated with the receipt of rebate payments.
