SAN JOSE, Calif. — Today we’re proud to share that Ventana Research has named Kognitos Koncierge a winner of the prestigious 2023 Digital Technology Digital Innovation Award. The recognition, part of Ventana’s 16th annual program, honors the technologies and vendors making the most consequential advances in enterprise software — and we couldn’t be more energized to be counted among them.
For us, this award is more than a milestone. It’s validation of a thesis we’ve been building toward since day one: that the future of enterprise automation isn’t more tools, more middleware, or more brittle bots. It’s a conversation.
Ventana Research’s Digital Innovation Awards exist to spotlight technologies that meaningfully advance how organizations work — across analytics, AI and machine learning, cloud, conversational computing, the Internet of Things, and robotic automation. Every finalist in the Digital Technology category was considered for the top prize. Ventana selected Kognitos.
