Change how you use and experience working with your business applications.
Kognitos connects with hundreds of enterprise apps, including your preferred LLM.
Kognitos ships 130+ pre-built, governed integrations to enterprise systems across ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, finance, communications, security, and identity. The full directory is searchable on this page. New connectors are added on a continuous release cadence based on customer demand.
Yes. Kognitos has first-class integrations for every major enterprise ERP and HRIS, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. These are governed integrations — every read and write is auditable, role-controlled, and replayable via the Time Machine runtime.
Yes. Kognitos provides native integrations for the leading CRM, ITSM, and customer support platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, and more. Authentication uses standard OAuth 2.0 or service-account flows, and field-level mappings are configurable in plain English.
Three options: (1) any web application can be automated through the Kognitos browser agent, which performs deterministic UI automation with full screen-recording audit; (2) any system with a REST or GraphQL API can be wired up via the open Kognitos connector framework in hours; (3) request a new native integration through your account team — most are added within a release cycle for major enterprise customers.
All credentials are stored in the customer’s isolated tenant, encrypted at rest with envelope encryption, and never written to logs. Kognitos supports OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, and service-account authentication, and integrates with enterprise secret stores such as AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, and HashiCorp Vault. Role-based access controls govern which users and which automations may use each credential.
Yes. Every API call, every field read, and every field write is recorded in the Business Journal — Kognitos’s tamper-evident audit ledger. The Time Machine runtime makes every execution fully replayable, including all integration responses. This is a hard requirement for SOC 2, HIPAA, and SOX-bound processes, and is enforced by the platform regardless of who built the automation.
